Biz has developed both the retail arm and distribution arm.
We make our gelato on a daily basis so that it's always fresh and
creamy. We do not use any colouring or preservatives in our gelato
making. The receipes for all products will be handed over. We will
conduct training till you are competent.
Level of involvement is low as the biz can operate without your
involvement. Primarily oversee the inventory management and creation of
new flavours and marketing efforts. We hv sourced for all raw
materials.. Now it's just ensuring that we monitor inventory usage and
ensuring that we don't stock out on the key ingredients. Our staff do
inventory checks every week. So with that, we just order the supplies.
Most of our equipment is new. The main equipment like the gelato
machine can easily operate for 12-15 yrs..only consumed 3yrs..monthly
usage is only abt 50% of capacity.
all receipes are created by us with no copyright issue. Brand name
is registered by us in Singapore. No major financial term
loans/overdrafts/private loans.
